Welcome to FAUZ Official.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “FAUZ Official” refer to FAUZ Official.
By visiting our website, browsing our products, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

FAUZ Official will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.
However, actual product colours may appear slightly different due to:
- Mobile or computer screen settings
- Lighting conditions
- Photography
- Display calibration
Minor colour differences caused by these factors will not necessarily be considered a product defect.
Product descriptions, prices, availability and specifications may be updated when necessary.
FAUZ Official reserves the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order on our website represents your request to purchase the selected products.
An order may be subject to verification before dispatch.
FAUZ Official reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect customer information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Delivery location restrictions
- Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders
Where possible, we will attempt to contact the customer regarding any significant issue with an order.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a dispatched Cash on Delivery order is repeatedly refused without a reasonable cause, FAUZ Official may restrict future Cash on Delivery orders for that customer.
5. PRICES
All product prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable store currency.
Prices, discounts, promotional offers and product availability may change without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated during checkout.
6. PAYMENT
Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and any additional payment methods enabled by FAUZ Official from time to time.
Customers are responsible for providing correct payment and order information.
FAUZ Official reserves the right to verify an order before processing or dispatch.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FAUZ Official aims to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors including:
- Courier operations
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote delivery locations
- High order volumes
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders above Rs. 4,999, subject to the current offer displayed on the website.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.
If delivery fails because of incorrect customer information, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or another issue caused by the customer, additional courier charges may apply.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
FAUZ Official offers eligible customers a 7-day return or exchange period from the date the order is received, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Returned products must generally be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags and included accessories
Products damaged, altered or used by the customer may not qualify for return or exchange.
Customer-side return or exchange
If a return or exchange is requested because of:
- Change of mind
- Wrong colour selected by the customer
- Wrong option selected by the customer
- Personal preference
- Any other issue caused by the customer
then return/exchange courier or delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
FAUZ Official-side issue
If FAUZ Official sends:
- The wrong product
- A defective product
- A damaged product
the customer should contact us within the eligible return period and provide clear photos or video where reasonably required.
After verification, FAUZ Official will bear the applicable return or exchange courier charges.

9. PRODUCT INSPECTION
Returned or exchanged products may be inspected before approval.
FAUZ Official reserves the right to decline a return or exchange where the returned item does not satisfy the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy, subject always to rights that customers may have under applicable law.
10. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discounts, promotional codes and special offers may:
- Have an expiry date
- Apply only to selected products
- Require a minimum order value
- Be limited to one use per customer
- Be subject to additional conditions
FAUZ Official may modify or end promotional offers where permitted by law.
11. WEBSITE INFORMATION AND ERRORS
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, offers and other website information accurate.
Occasionally, errors or omissions may occur.
FAUZ Official reserves the right to correct genuine errors and update inaccurate information.
If a material error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer to resolve the matter.

Unless otherwise stated, the FAUZ Official brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, photographs, product presentation and other original website materials belong to FAUZ Official or are used with appropriate authorization.

FAUZ Official is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the store.
Purchases made from FAUZ Official are transactions between the customer and FAUZ Official, not between the customer and Shopify.
Third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Shopify-hosted store and selected service providers may process information as necessary to provide website, checkout, payment, fulfilment, security and related services.

16. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit a product review, testimonial, photograph or other feedback to FAUZ Official, you confirm that the material is yours or that you have permission to provide it.
You permit FAUZ Official to use genuine submitted feedback for reasonable business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy and other laws.
Reviews must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content.
FAUZ Official may remove content that violates these requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of our services, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.
19. SEVERABILITY

20. NO WAIVER
If FAUZ Official does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we permanently waive that right.

These Terms and transactions with FAUZ Official are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, together with any applicable provincial or territorial consumer-protection requirements.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or other competent authority having lawful jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

FAUZ Official may update these Terms of Service when necessary.
